At Sprigs, we take customer service seriously. We hope you are completely satisfied with your items, however we understand accidents happen now and again. It is very important that you contact us prior to simply sending a package to us, especially during this current global climate!

All of our products ordered from our website can be returned within 30 days of the date you received your order, provided they are still in new condition with the original packaging. (Sorry postage and handling charges are non-refundable.)  

If products are returned used, damaged, or without their packaging we reserve the right to charge a restocking/refurbishment fee to make the product salable again or, in rare cases refuse the return.

We do not pay for return shipping. However, if we have made an error in the shipment (shipped the wrong product or a defective product) that requires a return or exchange we will issue a prepaid shipping label to get the product back if necessary and ship the replacement for free.

*Products ordered from a third party website (example: Amazon, Good Morning America) must be returned within a 15 day period.
