• What is your return policy?

  All of our products can be returned no questions asked within 30 days of the date they were shipped to you, provided they are still in new condition with the original packaging.

  If products are returned used, damaged, or without their packaging we reserve the right to charge a restocking/refurbishment fee to make the product salable again or, in rare cases refuse the return.

  We do not pay for return shipping. However, if we have made an error in the shipment (shipped the wrong product or a defective product) that requires a return or exchange we will issue a call tag to get the product back and ship the replacement for free.

  If you do need to return anything, please contact us to arrange the return.

• How can I order your products?

  If you are in the US or Canada, you can place an order one of two ways:

  1. Order online: Our website is ecommerce enabled:
  • Browse our website to find the items in which you are interested
  • Select your size if relevant and then click the "Add to Cart" button to the right.
  • You'll get a "pop-up" shopping cart. From there you can shop more or checkout.
  2. Give us a call: You can reach us at 888.327.2241 (US Only) or  914.242.8566 from Canada.

• Is ordering secure?

  Yes! Our checkout is a Level 2 Service Provider, registered with Visa's CISP program. Payment processing is provided by PayPal.

• Do you offer gift wrapping?

  Yes, on a case by case basis based on product availability. Please give us a call, toll free at 888.327.2241.

• How quickly do orders ship?

  Orders typically ship within one to three business days

• What do you charge for shipping?

  For orders in the US and Canada, we charge flat rate shipping based on the order subtotal.

  Orders shipped in the US:

  • $0 to $49.99 shipping is $4.95 
  • $50 to $74.99 is $7.95
  • $75 to $99.99 is $9.95
  • $100 and over is FREE shipping

  Orders shipped in Canada:

  • $0 to $24.99 shipping is $11.95
  • $25 to $49.99 shipping is $19.95
  • $50 to $74.99 shipping is $22.95
  • $75 to $99.99 shipping is $24.95
  • $100 and over shipping is $15

   

• Do you ship to my location (outside of the US or Canada)?

  Yes! However at this time our website is not setup to accept orders being shipped outside of the United States & Canada. To place your order, please contact us.

• Mutli-Mitts: Do the thumbs of the Multi-Mitts still have the flap so that you can uncover your thumb?

  Yes! And it makes sending a text message or replying to that important email easy.

• Banjees: How big are Banjees® wrist wallets?

  When laid flat, most Banjees® are approximately 4.25 inches long and 3.5 inches wide.  Their stretchy material allows the wrist wallet to slip over the hand and fit comfortably around a variety of wrist sizes.

• Banjees: What can I fit in a Banjees® wrist wallet?

  The Banjees® zippered wrist compartment has enough room to securely hold cash, credit cards, keys, lipstick and other similarly sized items.  Small cell phones do fit in the zippered compartment.  We recommend that you try several combinations of items to figure out what feels best on your wrist.

• Banjees: My Banjees® wrist wallet got dirty. Can I clean it?

  Banjees® wrist wallets are machine washable with similar colors in cold water.  It is OK to tumble dry on low heat for most wrist wallets.  However, we recommend that you lay flat any wrist wallet with additional decorations like sequins or crystals.

• Banjees: Are Banjees® wrist wallets waterproof?

  No.  Banjees® wrist wallets are not waterproof.  They can be worn in pools or in the ocean, but they will not keep the contents of the zippered compartment dry.

• Earbags: What size Earbags do I need?

  Most people do well with the Medium size, however children and adults with small ears will get a better fit from a Small, while people with larger ears need a large.  For a more detailed answer please visit or Earbags Sizing and Fitting page.

• Earbags: How do I put on my Earbags?

  Putting on Earbags is as simple as 1, 2, 3:

  1. Flex the Earbags to create a pocket.
  2. Slip the pocket over the back of your ear.
  3. Gently press toward your head to "pop" it in place.
